QUICK BILLING LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 25 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Quick Billing collects, uses, stores and protects information when internet service providers and their authorised users use our billing and network-management platform.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how the service is used, we may process account and contact details, customer and subscription records, invoices, transaction references, network device information, support communications, security logs and technical information such as IP address, browser and device type.
2. How we use information
- Provide, secure and maintain the Quick Billing service.
- Manage customer accounts, subscriptions, invoices, payments and hotspot services.
- Send service, payment and account notifications.
- Diagnose faults, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
- Meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
3. Google Drive data
When an authorised administrator connects Google Drive, Quick Billing uses the Google Drive API only to create and manage database-backup files generated by Quick Billing. We request the limited drive.file permission. We do not read unrelated Drive files, use Google user data for advertising, or sell Google user data.
Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely on the application server and are used only to perform authorised backups. Access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
4. Sharing and processors
We may use carefully selected providers for hosting, messaging, payment processing, monitoring and backups. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services, comply with law, protect users or enforce our agreements. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service and satisfy contractual, security and legal requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. Organisations using Quick Billing are responsible for handling requests concerning the customer data they control.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
