QUICK BILLING LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective date: 25 September 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of Quick Billing, an internet service provider billing, customer-management and network-automation platform. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
1. Accounts and authorised use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activities performed through your account and for assigning suitable permissions to staff.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Quick Billing only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, access another organisation's data, introduce harmful code or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Customer data and integrations
You retain responsibility for data submitted to the service and confirm that you have the authority and lawful basis to process it. When you enable third-party services such as payment, messaging, router or cloud-storage integrations, their own terms and policies also apply.
4. Fees and subscriptions
Paid features are provided according to the selected plan and applicable quotation or invoice. Fees, billing cycles and renewal terms presented at purchase or agreed with your organisation form part of these Terms.
5. Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet failures, third-party services, network devices and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect operation.
6. Intellectual property
Quick Billing and its software, branding and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription period.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk or non-payment. On termination, data handling and retention remain subject to contractual and legal requirements.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Quick Billing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
